State ParksGuided nature walks are a wonderful way to learn about the natural environment at the top of the Tram. Mount San Jacinto State Park Volunteers conduct these walks weekends Memorial Day through Labor Day. Times of the walks may be obtained at the Mountain Station Natural History Museum. There is no charge for these one-of-a kind experiences. The museum also offers maps and nature books for a nominal fee. There is no charge for the 40 minute walk. Participants are urged to wear flat, comfortable shoes.
